The move was very smooth and seamless. What I love so much about this facility is that it's very secured. The security is immepecable...
SROA increased my monthly rent by 30% two months into my contract with them. They claim the contract allows for that, which, if true, is clearly predatory and an abusive of power. They also haven’t fixed the metal gate to the building for over two months which is a safety hazard and security risk. Lastly, I’ve seen people living in the units as if they were residences. I’m so shocked and disturbed by this place and can’t believe I ever contracted with them.
I recently had concerns about a rental increase at the Sunnybrook location and was initially frustrated enough to leave a negative review. However, after reaching out, I was contacted directly by James, the District Manager. He took the time to listen to my concerns and worked with me to adjust my rate back to a fair level. I booked through the website and arrived at 4:50 pm. The sign says the office is open 🔓 and the doors are closed. There is no one in the office.
