A mixed bag, I have used SROA now three times, units are clean and secure. It’s been a mixed bag. I had two climate controlled units where HVAC went out, I don’t know that it ever got repaired, but summer was about over so I did not pursue whether it was resolved. I live in SC so winter temps are not a real issue this far south. The third unit I rented….was a bit of a circus, no one contacted me to finalize the lease in a timely manner as they said they would.
