Hailey was awesome! She was very patient with me and helped guide me.
Went to the storage unit and realized it wasn’t what we wanted. Hailey jumped right in and found an even better unit for us. Thank you, Hailey for being so patient and helpful with us!
The staff are very nice and tge process was easy to rent a unit. Andrew saved me from renting a unit i would not be happy with and found a unit that was more conveinant.. so thank you.. The price was affordable and the units are clean.. The security is awesome and i left with peace of mind..
Have used this place for about 3 years. They went through a "service slump" about 6 months ago, but have recently hired a new building manager and she's GREAT! The place is secure, clean, very central to downtown Charleston. Not necessarily "cheap" but not bad, considering. Update 8/2025: they lost the awesome manager, now they have thankfully three people on staff. It's definitely not cheap, and a lot of homeless people stay there during the day so I'm not sure how safe it is. But it's fairly well run, and fairly clean. Edi... read more
The employees are very professional, the place is very nice, and I was so surprised of how easily the doors roll up and down, anyways i highly recommend!!
