I paid a whole year in advance with a month free....they have not honored the 1 month free and they have charged me for this month and late fees...as well as they have locked my storage and not allowed access. This is a controlled environment unit but yet the first two weeks we moved in their air conditioner was broken and was reported only to say they would try to fix soon.
