Donna is such a pleasure to work with. We have been using SROA for several years. Most recently SROA raised our monthly rental by $100 for our unit. We called Donna and she had some other units available that were less. Drove up Saturday morning to take a look and was able to transfer over the same day. While doing the transfer paperwork Donna noticed another unit that was even less expensive and easier access for us. This location is safe and it has a gate, so not everyone can get in, super clean. Since the first day, we walked in Donna was so helpful with our needs. Thank you Donna for the amazing experience.
We were in need of a storage unit when our closing of our home was delayed and Donna was so helpful and friendly and got us the right size unit for our need. The place is gated and clean and there has not been any problems. Highly recommended.
Donna was a sweetheart. I'm not moving to Hobe Sound after all though so I've only needed it for a short time. Renting from Donna was very easy and reasonable. I could drive right in and unload my car easily. I highly recommend this place
