I have used SROA two times and both times the experience was warm, friendly and helpful. I signed up both online and the phone and in person, and both channels were the same—friendly and efficient. I received plenty of follow up opportunities for any needed assistance, and was given direct contact info for the manager at the specific property. Very useful! In Hobe Sound, FL, the manager is Donna, and she was available whenever and whatever I needed. I’m very pleased.
