I researched and reserved my unit from across the country and DONNA was terrific throughout. There are many alternative storage offerings nearby and my arrival necessitated a tight window. DONNA handled my questions promptly and proactively, which made my check-in a breeze and gave me confidence in the operation.

Donna was excellent to work with. I was skeptical bc I kept getting different details from the call center, but once I talked to Donna I felt assured I was making the right decision. She’s the on sight person where my storage unit is and, although I could have completed the necessary paperwork online, I preferred to meet her in person. I am thrilled I chose this location and feel I am in great hands. Exceptional service. Thanks!
