I’ve been with SROA for a number of years and have always experienced great customer service. Carrie and Zack are always willing to answer questions and take the time necessary to ensure your needs are met.
Zack helped us move in, made it very easy for us as we were unsure of what unit size we wanted
good pricing but if you value your stuff you wouldn’t leave it here. i had this storage unit for about a year, finally came to move out and there is mice poop EVERYWHERE. all over my stuff. chose to trash everything because i can’t handle that. never thought that’d be something i have to take into consideration. mouse poop in places you would not even think. in boxes, in bags, all over my couch. very disappointing to have paid to have my stuff shit on!
The team was awesome, he helped us find the right solution for our needs and was very friendly and professional!
