Staff are very helpful
Carrie was super helpful and a delight!
We unfortunately showed up 15 minutes to office close and Carrie was still super friendly while getting us set up with our unit!
The SROA location that I prefer to use is located in Bear (1 PGA Blvd.), and it has an awesome property manager named Carrie. She happily answered all of my questions, and addressed all of my concerns, when I was first picking out a storage unit there. I found that to be extremely helpful to me. Whenever I see Carrie while I'm at the property, she is always very welcoming and kind. Thanks to her, I rent one of their good-sized climate controlled units, and I'm very happy with my choice. They have rodent problem …. And they make u pay insurance amounts for $2000 + but fail to tell u that what ur paying for in insurance won’t be covered under rodent damage only $500 sooo do not rent here because they rodent will poop and pee on all ur stuff and they don’t want to change ur unit or cover the damages ! And the property manager is terrible with communication she take forever to put in ur claim …. And u will continue to keep have the rodent issues ! Terrible place to rent from
