Great job today transferring me
Have been moved out since January 10, 2026. They continue to charge me . Have spoken to about 8 people. They keep giving me a run around even when ask to talk to Corporate or Regional Manager. They say they don't have a phone number and someone can calk me back. This doesn't happen !!!! Mind you did everything proper to close out my account. Even after speaking to a representative asked to confirm they received that I closed out my storage unit with a email. They told me no ! Mind when opening a storage unit with them. They ... read more

My partner has been a renter here and I was referred because of his great reviews under the management of a lady named Debbie. I started renting a 10x30 unit. I am not a person who cares about the price let's make that clear. My unit i love the location and where it is on the property UNTIL it rained. My wall & door leaks. I brought it up to managent and they assured me it would be fixed..this was in October of last year(2025).
