Location once inside the gate is horrible. Local customer service is great but the units are in need of major repairs. Very hard to maneuver around once inside the gate. Prices are decent but watch out for some “tricks” they have concerning pricing. Online prices are usually cheaper.

I hate this place. My storage unit was robbed, lost $12,000 worth of items. they pried the back open from another unit. The office gave me fake numbers to call. And tried to cover it up. The company that owns it WK webster is a shipping company out of new York. You cant file a claim. This place is a scam. They wont pay you. Avoid this place at all costs 2025: I still have not been reimbursed by their fictional insurance company.. its been 4 years.
