The staff is very nice and helpful but 3 months in, a $55 month rate increase? While purchasing a unit a couple was there and I asked them about increases and they hadn’t had one in a year, said they were very good also had a large unit, so seems like they are selective for increases? Seems a bit shady so I wouldn’t call it a good experience.
This a great place for renting a storage. Very clean and well maintained and the people are friendly and welcoming, polite, especially Mr.. Jared, he went above and beyond attend to my needs of renting a unit. This place is very awesome. You hardly meet people that is kind overall a great place
