I liked the clarity & ease of their website and felt their prices & locations were great. After a long, miserable day of moving, arriving at the facility was a relief. It’s clean, well lit, easy access, & has plenty of moving carts. Best of all is the staff. They could not have been more helpful or kind. Both Mimi & Donna went out of their way for me and I believe they reflect on how well the manager hires & runs his place. I have used 4 other storage places in different states and this is definitely the best one!
It is now April & nothing received from February’s auction. The staff repeatedly lies and I cannot receive a call back. These people cannot be trusted. Do not trust these crooks with your possessions. Everything will be fine & dandy in the beginning, they will find a way to screw you over out of your own stuff.
Love Mimi and Donna they are doing a fantastic job! They are very professional. The facility clean always. They are very helpful.
I have been storing here for couple years! Never had a complaint about the facility or Mimi and Donna they are amazing! Mimi and Donna are always very pleasant. The facility is always superb.
