This is a great storage facility that we've been with for some time now. The facility is clean and secure, elevators are always working, plenty of pushcarts are available, etc. Every time I've ever needed to call or rent a new unit, someone promptly answers the phone or is in the office and ready to help. Donna and Mimi in the office are absolutely wonderful members of the team and have been nothing short of exceptional anytime we've ever needed anything.
