Storage Rentals of America in Berea are Theifs. I paid a whole year in advance with a month free....they have not honored the 1 month free and they have charged me for this month and late fees...as well as they have locked my storage and not allowed access. This is a controlled environment unit but yet the first two weeks we moved in their air conditioner was broken and was reported only to say they would try to fix soon. Plus they have raised the rent on a 10 x 20 and u can almost rent an apartment for what they charge....a... read more
