Steven was very helpful and friendly as was the new guy. He got us a storage unit and, much to my son's delight, even took us to view it in his golf cart. He answered all my questions and made sure I was able to enter and exit with no issues and knew the gate access hours. He was very thorough and I really appreciate that. Thank you.
