Rick from East Moriches is awesome! I spoke with him about my situation. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful to my needs. Rick also offered assistance if I needed any during my transfer. I was able to transfer to a smaller, more affordable unit, and I am so happy!! He is an exemplary employee and should be acknowledged for his hard work and excellent customer service skills!!
