I can't speak highly enough of this storage service or the owner. I needed this service at a very difficult time in my life and had never used a storage place before. Joe made the process so easy, so smooth and so convenient. I will never forget how great the service was as it made my difficult situation just a bit easier on me. We have had our unit since 2021. Joe at storage quest is super helpful and always just a phonecall away. We have always felt very secure and had peace of mind storing our items with Storage quest. Thanks Joe. 10 stars

Joe is an absolute gentleman. We were let down by our realestate and I called him well in to the afternoon, Joe came out of his own time and opened up and helped my family and I out in a massive time of need if I could give Storage Quest 100 stars you best believe it’s because they deserve every single one

6/5 ! Superb. 1. What a great customer service by Joe ! 2. Price is much better than other warehouses out there 3. Storage has no different levels so it saves so much of your time and money when loading/unloading 4. Great location around Deer-Park and Derrimut area 5. Storage is clean and well maintained 6. It's been always been a pleasure dealing with Joe; If therrle are 1 million of Joes in Victoria, we'll live in a better world.
