This place is horrible! They hike their prices like every few months and like 30$ at a time! Went from like 60 to 160 in 18 months! Then I went there to try to go through the unit I had, there's food all in the hallways and rotting food outside the main door to my unit! When I was going through my things (my young daughters clothes) id found mice/rats had made a nice home in my boxes. They didn't do anything till I came back a week later and the same fruit and garbage was there from a week ago, I threatened to get them shut ... read more
This place doesn’t deserve one star. I got my 10x10 storage unit (not climate controlled) in October of 2024. At that time, my monthly rate including insurance was $104. It increased to $139/month in June of 2025 then to $176/month in April! I called and spoke with the person who claimed to be the manager and he said that a postcard was mailed to me in March noting the increase in price. No email, no phone call, no notice of increased prices on their website, NO postcard! Storage Rentals of America sends monthly email invoic... read more
