I appreciated Kyle at the 11th Street CubeSmart staying a little late after I had hit traffic on the way into Kalamazoo. I’d had a long 3 days driving up from Austin, TX and his selflessness was such a great help to me! I’m glad I chose this storage facility and the good reviews were obviously on track!
Shoutout to Iesha Banks and Ra'Shannah Edwards for making what could have been a very stressful trip a truly delightful trip! My insurance company kept messing up, but honestly I had such a great time with the two of them that I'm glad it happened. Best customer service I've experienced in years!
