I had a dilemma picking up my son from college. My wife had made arrangements to place his items in storage close to his university. However, that was not to be. Mind you, I was 4 hours away from the Self Storage location in the Rockaways. First, i have to say that on the phone only talking to someone you already feel at home. Second, at the store you got good reception cause the receptionist is very nice, young lady helping you with the paper work of the contract to the finish. Third , the place is very attractive, clean and beautiful. That's why I give it a 5 Star.
