I reserved a unit, went to the Lawrence location to check in and when I went to move my storage unit had a lock so basically I wasted time and money and also had to pay extra to the moving company. Because the storage office was close by the time I realized that my unit had a Lock. Not good they should’ve had the unit with out a lock or make me aware of this situation.
Very good service. Friendly staff and good customer service.
The rep was very nice and hospitable. Took her time and showed all available units.
