The storage unit is by one of the best one I had the pleasure of renting. It’s clean, and great lighting. The receptionist Angie, was very friendly and helpful. By far the best storage post location.
I reserved a unit, went to the Lawrence location to check in and when I went to move my storage unit had a lock so basically I wasted time and money and also had to pay extra to the moving company. Because the storage office was close by the time I realized that my unit had a Lock. Not good they should’ve had the unit with out a lock or make me aware of this situation.
Very good service. Friendly staff and good customer service.
