I'm just going to keep updating this review so it's stays on top until someone here contacts me and fix this. You all have my number, my name is the same as my account. Also, I'm not the only person whose belongings were stolen. This is gross negligence. You didn't even have camera proof of what happened. My 10x10 unit was emptied and no one saw?? I had a dilemma picking up my son from college. My wife had made arrangements to place his items in storage close to his university. However, that was not to be. Mind you, I was 4 hours away from the Self Storage location in the Rockaways. Long story short, place call to SS, and they accommodated me with the storage unit that I was looking for a 5 / 5, and everything was done over.
