Leslie was incredibly helpful and very straightforward with me. He didn’t try to sell me the most expensive and actually analyzed what I am storing in order to choose the right size for me. He explained the terms and conditions and answered all of my questions clearly, no bs.
I had a unit here for over 5 years! They rarely raised the rent at all so that is a major plus. It went up maybe 20 bucks during the whole course of our time renting the space which I think is reasonable. Customer service, both via phone and in person, was always impeccable. The facility is nice. It’s temperature controlled and easy to navigate, they provide carts and elevators. They even let me borrow a broom to finish up cleaning when I moved out which was nice.
