Awful experience. Beware. Property claims climate controlled but it reaches 40 degrees in winter - 90+ in the summer (causing damage to electronics). My unit was broken into and they didn't want to pay out the insurance even though they found the man with the items in another unit, nor did they return my property. They also have customers illegally wiring lighting to their units which is a fire hazard.
Really great customer service!! I needed a few extra minutes for my move in. I called and the front desk was able to accommodate me by staying late. 5 stars!! Really appreciate their flexibility
I was super excited about the promotion I had two months free but it’s true what they say there’s always a catch. When I arrived at the facility around 2:30 p.m. on a Saturday, I walked up to the door to start the process. The one and only employee (according to him) walked out just as I grabbed the handle to go inside. He forced the door closed, locked it, and said, “I’m on lunch!” I asked if there was anyone else available to assist, and he replied, “Nahh, I’m the only one, and I’m on lunch.” I explained that I had just dr... read more
Location is convenient. Units are competitively priced. I especially like the access ours, 6am-10pm 7 days a week! Place is secure and the staff is friendly 👍🏼
