Christian in particular was so kind when I called in a panic to resolve a late payment (we thought auto-pay was engaged) to make sure we could get in the next day after our 4-hour drive. Double check the end date of your rental…for us it was the day before the last day of the month.
Nicole was extremely helpful in helping me find the unit that was perfect for my needs! Would recommend to a friend any day, best storage in bk!!
it would have been more pleasant if I didnt have to wait stand around and wait with my belongings along with other customers checking in on their move in date. - It was a saturday afternoon because no one was at the front desk. Finally after being onhold we were told that everyone was on lunch break. It would be nice to put that disclaimer on the website so customers who are checking in will be informed of lunch hours.
