I have been a customer of Storage Post Brooklyn Grand location since April 2016. We are now Nov 2025. My charge date on my credit card was the 29th of the month. My credit card expired last month (Oct). I was notified via text messages, voicemails and a later 'threat' text that my unit has been 'locked and no longer accessible'. All this happened within a span of 3 days - that's 72 hours. I updated my credit card on Nov 2nd. Nicole was absolutely amazing she went above and beyond she made everything go very smoothly and is an absolute asset to this company
I was going to rent a unit here but I decided to go to a different company. They are refusing to release the admin fee I paid and the customer service center is filled with rude middle aged incompetent angry people. I called the same day to cancel and it’s been two weeks with no refund calls or emails returned.
