After only 3 months of storage in what should have been a climate-controlled unit, our items were covered in mold and smelled of mothballs and dank. We removed the items and closed the account after speaking with a representative. The representative facilitated a claims form email for us to fill out. In a rather deceptive practice, the form states that a claim cannot be filed if the items are removed from the unit.
Staff very helpful. So easy to book unit online. Place is clean and very well organized! I’m very happy!!
I am dissatisfied with my storage because someone forced the door to enter to enter, but I do not know if they robbed me, I am dissatisfied with security.

Renting was a super easy and convenient process. The location is easy too get to and Lauren was really helpful with the set up, providing information, and answering my questions.
