This is the best location I have ever been to the customer service and professionalism here is amazing. Adrian was exceptional and courteous. Also the clearness location by far. Thank you again Adrian for taking the time to make sure everything was taken care of with my unit and staying late to assist me. Greatly appreciated it. This place is supposed to be "24 hours" but there's no access to the bathrooms??? I understand you cannot leave the facility (to go outside) and come back in after 10 pm, but you can't go downstairs to go to the bathroom or return a dolly or you get locked out into that hallway where the dollys are? Thank goodness I came with someone who could let me back in because I would have been stranded there until the morning with ALL my stuff outside of the unit just because I was looking for a bathroom! The fact that trying to call to make a payment or get other information will channel you into a main line (currently floral park, ny) even though I don't have a unit in that facility, I cannot get assistance for any other unit. And if needed for after hours, such as payment, you're completely screwed. This needs to change. You have multiple locations, each need their own system, or, have the automated system ask you for which location you're calling about. Unless this gets resolved, two star stands
