The fact that trying to call to make a payment or get other information will channel you into a main line (currently floral park, ny) even though I don't have a unit in that facility, I cannot get assistance for any other unit. And if needed for after hours, such as payment, you're completely screwed. This needs to change. You have multiple locations, each need their own system, or, have the automated system ask you for which location you're calling about. Unless this gets resolved, two star stands
