Great service. I've bin with them for over 5 years. Sorry to leave but I have sincerely enjoyed my time with them. Customer service above 5 stars. The place is always clean, and any questions there is always someone to help. Storage post is always my first choice to keep my stuff safe.
The storage unit itself is wonderful—easy to access, and the staff in person were great. However, when I first called to ask about 24-hour access, I was told “yes,” but no one mentioned that you need to have a commercial account for that option. Because of that, I went ahead and rented the unit thinking I’d have 24-hour access, only to later find out that wasn’t the case unless I switched to a commercial account. Other than that misunderstanding, it’s a really great place overall.
Easily accessible facility, plenty of space, climate control worked fine, ladders to my unit, always located, plenty of luggage, wagons, carts, etc., friendly office staff. While I currently no longer need my storage unit if you need one yourself, I highly recommend storage post Garden City.
