Horrible experience with this location! We drove up with a truck and trailer and had spoken with their booking department and discussed in detail the needs and size and length of truck and trailer. When we showed up, there was no way that even a seasoned truck driver who assisted us could fit the trailer into the space. We have many years of experience with storing a truck and trailer and this is by far the worst experience. Did everything over the phone with Erik got a great deal on a locker. Then i took a cab to the storage unit an no one was in the office on a Saturday. I didnt know i had to use the little automated screen thing to the left of the door. This is my 1st time at a storage place.
