Manager didn't tell me the unit had to have 2 locks on it in an attempt to make me buy another one after I told him I am disabled and my aide has to climb the ladder to put the items in the storage. He also had an attitude when we needed help to remove the wiring form the handle. Definitely not disability friendly here, more on the attempting to rip people off.
