I signed up with your company over the phone on October 27. During that call, I informed the representative that I would be moving in and signing my contract on Saturday, November 1. I paid over the phone in good faith, and the payment was successfully processed. However, when I arrived at 10 AM on November 1 with my movers, the facility was locked.
