I’ve used this storage facility several times, it is easy accessible, and DeWayne, the property manager is extremely professional and easy to work with. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing storage solutions in the north Longview area.
I love this place, as a first time storage renter they made it so easy for me. They were kind and patient with my many questions,and answered every..single...one I had haha! They understand sometimes checks come a day or 2 later than the 1st and are lenient. They act like humans with hearts and consciouses not a robot who is money hungry. Clean, neat, convenient for me, and the manager, Mr Sally, was very responsive and easy to deal with. The gate equipment always worked and I had no issues during the year I rented.
