They neglected to remove snow properly and flooded my unit. Destroying $7000.00 of my property. They stopped taking payments online, now you have to call if you don't live close or mail it, problem is there 24/7 call center is not always active, and Patty the manager doesn't answer either, and now if you don't leave a message no matter when you tried to pay them if it is after your payment date it is a $25.00 late fee.
