***Update***6 days after this I received a call from Bailey and she is resolving the situation and refunding both charges. She was kind and apologized. We rented and paid for an 11x22 unit. Loaded a trailer full, drove 40 minutes just to find out the unit is only 17ft and my stuff won't fit. I have spoken to many sales reps and left Bailey the manager several messages asking for resolve or a refund over the last 2 days. No response just took my money and ghosted me. I rented and paid for an 11x22 unit. Loaded a trailer full, drove 40 minutes just to find out the unit is only 17ft and my stuff won't fit. I have spoken to many sales reps and left Bailey the manager several messages asking for resolve or a refund over the last 2 days. No response just took my money and ghosted me. If I don't hear back I will be disputing all charges with my bank and reporting this company. They falsely advertise wrong unit sizes. It was also covered in spider webs.
I use they're service. They are very personable and friendly. Nice units. Very fast service. They also have a truck to use. And multiple locations near by.
