0 stars, my daughter has been using this unit for almost a year and they have moved almost all of there items out there was a bad leak in there unit and pest issues and she just reported it to let them know wasn’t expecting anything to be replaced and the first thing said was well you don’t have insurance on your unit! She wasn’t expecting anything to be replaced she just wanted you to know she kept her things there for a safe, clean, secure storage, not for things to get wet, ruined and have pests in them! They were very kind. When I called the first day for availability they didn’t have what I needed but he knew he would with in a day or two, he said he would give me a call and actually did. I was impressed with my service and am happy I was able to find them!
