Great price for what I was looking for and very flexible with payment. I had an issue one month with not being able to pay on my payment date but told them what day I was paying and the fee was waived very nice people to deal with.
We are very glad that we found this American family run organization. Very clean and helpful in every way group of people. We looked at several places; you cannot find a better run and more price competitive place.
I am so glad I found Storage Options. I was able to get a unit last minute, and the prices are reasonable. It's clean and easy to access. They have nice music playing, so it feels more homey and inviting. Chris has surpassed my expectations with his customer service, accommodating my many requests, which I am forever grateful for.
I have a unit here. This place is clean and the building is amazing and the staff are considerate and responsive. I highly recommend it! But I gave only 4 stars because they arent open Saturdays yet. You can schedule a Saturday pickup or dropoff, but the lack of regular weekend hours is an inconvenience.
