DO NOT RENT A UHAUL FROM THIS PLACE!!!! They never answer they're phones; I literally called 12 times to extend my rental agreement with no answer. After contacting UHAUL and getting my contract extended I then got 10 phones asking where the UHAUL was; they only realized after explaining that there was a note on the account explaining I extended. My husband and I love this facility and the Managers, Doug and Kellie Morris!! They are both very knowledgeable, helpful and concerned about their customers and the property we entrust to their care. If they ever leave, we don't know if we would stay!! They are that good!! We came from another storage facility, (having used a total of four others prior to coming to Buffalo Storage) and when you've have bad service, uncaring and ignorant Managers who don't know how to make sure the security light bulbs are working, you learn ... read more
