Looking for units and found so many bad reviews on this place i thought id add another. Wouldn’t rent here if i had to.
I am a Marine Veteran who has had to utilize many different storage facilities to house my belongings during my time on deployments over the years, and this has been by far the worst experience I have ever had regarding the storage of my belongings. I had no choice but to choose this storage facility because they were the only facility with vacant units in the Greeley Area. I called literally every self storage place within a 20 mile radius. Do not store things in Storage One!!! Eric is the most dishonest person I have ever had dealings with and never again . I will make sure that other people know how he works. If someone knows who the owner is please let me know I would like to show him or her the paper work that I have. The only reason I gave them one star is I had to so that it would allow me to post this.
The storage is fine. price is ok. but the owner is so disorganized!! When I called to ask if he had any available, he said "I think so?" That should have been my first clue. Then before even being there a month he had my locks cut off. He has been paid up to date since beginning and I had to send him leases because he didn't have time to do them in person.
