They have been incredibly patient, kind, and understanding and this speaks volumes about their customer service and work place etiquette. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. If you are looking for a reliable, safe, and friendly storage site I highly recommend this one.

I have dealt with SOS for over 12 years. They go out of their way to accommodate and provide excellent customer service. Due to some health issues I was unable to handle them picking up a trailer according to their schedule They did not pressure and gave me additional time and delivered a replacement.
