I chose this location for their well lit area and easy access. Unfortunately, It’s been challenging to communicate with management/owners. I have attempted numerous times to reach out to them within their hours of establishment by email, phone and text. I am nearing my second months rental and I still haven’t heard anything from them. I have questions and concerns about my billing and insurance COI. I would appreciate if someone would contact me. JM
Loved it the process was super easy and convenient!!
I can't see how anyone wouldn't give this place five stars. I had a unit there for almost a year. The place was always clean and well lit. There may have been a few hiccups with the gate, but what storage facility does not have those issues. If I moved back to elkhart, I would store my things there again for sure!
We have 24-hour access, several times the gate would not open and you cannot get anyone on the phone during or after their posted office hours.
