I can't see how anyone wouldn't give this place five stars. I had a unit there for almost a year. The place was always clean and well lit. There may have been a few hiccups with the gate, but what storage facility does not have those issues. If I moved back to elkhart, I would store my things there again for sure!
We have 24-hour access, several times the gate would not open and you cannot get anyone on the phone during or after their posted office hours.
The facility is properly maintained and clean. Good selection of units to meet your needs. Very convenient location. Good prices.
Tried to rent a unit. Tried to leave a message but the mailbox was full.
