Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. I won an auction for storage unit here. They posted the cleanout window as 12 days. Then after I won, refused to honor the terms of the listing, even though: - I offered to do half that - Relisting costs them money - relisting makes them wait over a week for next winning auction anyways. If I win, even if I made a mistake, a buyer is required to honor the terms of conditions. The seller ABSOLUTELY is required as well and that they refused to, and that they did so with nothing to gain.. is outrageous... read more
