They’re trying to raise my rate by $100 from 1 month to the next. I’ve been paying the same amount for over a year, now they say my rate was due to a “glitch” in their system. I said I’ll move out, rather than be extorted, and they gave me 1 week. I have a 10x20 unit packed full, and I’m in the middle of recovering from a neck injury. So now it’s either pay an extra $100 per month until I’m cleared by my doctor, or lose my stuff. They’re ridiculous, and unethical.

They're thieves I didn't even want to give them a star. I was current on my payment The office manager that was in the office left he was always polite not rude like Javier he doesn't listen he said I would never get my things back. To be thankful I'm getting my pictures back. I stayed in communication with the office because I was in the hospital the last time I called he said ma'am your stuff is gone this was September I paid August. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. I won an auction for storage unit here. They posted the cleanout window as 12 days. Then after I won, refused to honor the terms of the listing, even though: - I offered to do half that - Relisting costs them money - relisting makes them wait over a week for next winning auction anyways. If I win, even if I made a mistake, a buyer is required to honor the terms of conditions. The seller ABSOLUTELY is required as well and that they refused to, and that they did so with nothing to gain.. is outrageous... read more
