Melissa the Manager was excellent, helpful, friendly, and explained all the details that are included with renting storage. I would recommend Storage of Mid America to anyone needing a good storage and at a decent rate that is locked in for a minimum of a year.
Hateful response from manager. Just asked for a partial refund due to getting out early. No Hi, hello, just a hateful message implied.
