I spoke with the owner, who gave me a name of "Kyle." He was extremely unpleasant and kept asking who I was and why I was calling with questions. He told me that it was "random" that I called asking about the unit... I am not sure what the disfunction is or was but it is terrible customer service to speak to an unknown potential customer like that. Also when he answered the phone, he just said "hello"... I had to ask if I was calling a business or not because there was absolutely zero professionalism. Very gross interaction.... read more
