New owner has totally revitalized the units in downtown Cleveland between Inman and 3rd St. New paint, lighting and security. They have an on-site employee who can help you with any issues.

The guy that answered was super nice and helpful. He works with you. Gives good discounts and is always helpful. I highly recommend going here and no where else. This is the cheapest I found from Ooltewah to Cleveland.

Having several units with storage park I have to say every interaction with the owner has been pleasant and very accommodating. He has always either given me a key or left it right where he said I could get it to get in facility. When I have called him or the call center there has always been a quick response and attentive customer service. Hands down would recommend using storage park facilities!

Key was not in the lock box where it had always been, so I had to call to get someone to let me into the building. Owner was angry and argumentative and tried to intimidate me when questioned. When he got there he physically came at me trying to argue with me. I refused to engage, and he asked me why I was being so rude. I was trying to stay quiet. I just wanted to get the door open. He made me very uncomfortable! Storage units are a dime a dozen. I moved out and into another one that day.
