Katie was excellent with answering every question I had, and getting storage units set up over the phone for my family. Excellent customer service.

So far, so good. Exceptionally clean. Well lit and very much taken care of. I just moved in today....a small unit. Easy access that I asked for, as I'm a senior citizen. Nice carts to help move items through the hallway to your unit. Price is a little high....but for having it this clean and not worrying about anything....I'll pay it for the short term. One thing, the IT department needs to tweak the on line sign up. There were several issues while doing the original sign in. However, help was only a phone call away.
