Great experiences several times at Storage Max! I went for all my moving needs. The staff is helpful and friendly and able to answer any questions I had. Also, when my needs changed, John was able to help me without question. Great place, I'd use them for any storage needs I had!

Storage Max has the best customer service in all of Tyler. They truly serve their customers with a smile and always have a solution instead of just dwelling on the problem. They are prompt in paperwork and happy to accommodate my requests. I am happy to recommend them.

The one thing I'd like to mention about this storage facility is that the employee named John that works here is outstanding. He's super friendly and it doesn't impress me as fake one bit. He's a genuinely nice guy and went out of his way a few times to help make sure our time renting a unit here was the best it could be. Solid employee with a solid attitude!

This has been the best experience we’ve ever had with renting a storage unit. We were able to set the whole thing up on line and had our unit within 10 minutes. We stopped in the office to finalize and were greeted by a very nice young man. He explained how the keypad worked and showed us a map of where our unit was located. The whole experience was exceptional!!!
