We just booked a storage unit at the S Main St location in Wake Forest. The staff (I mostly talked with Andy, but briefly with Jonathan) was SO HELPFUL in so many ways. I had to call several times, and they were kind and patient each time, answering my questions + providing prices and info (this is great, but it stood out even more because several other facilities didn't always have someone answering the phone). Very friendly staff. It was easy to rent a unit. The front of my unit does get wet when it rains , so be sure to check if there are items close to door. Security code to enter, Security cameras, they do walk thru checks, your own lock on unit. Lots of security.
