I have had a storage unit with Storagemax for several years. My possessions have always been safe there. The area is always clean and well cared for.
We just booked a storage unit at the S Main St location in Wake Forest. The staff (I mostly talked with Andy, but briefly with Jonathan) was SO HELPFUL in so many ways. I had to call several times, and they were kind and patient each time, answering my questions + providing prices and info (this is great, but it stood out even more because several other facilities didn't always have someone answering the phone).
