Reasonable prices and very nice customer service!
Very disappointed in the professionalism of this place. Amber, location manager was always pleasant and helpful. I had a storage unit on Woodford (technically I still do because of the situation) for a few years, I removed my things May 28th-30th, except for the damaged property, which was molded and had housed mice for the time there. Later, I came to the realization that I was paying insurance for all three years, so I reached out to the office and was instructed to contact her manager for any insurance claims or questions... read more
