Though not climate controlled, the cinderblock facility's are surprisingly dry inside and cool in the hot Florida summer. Over several years, did not experience issues with mold. Regular pest control measures kept out roaches and ants. But not lizards which got into loosely packed paper items where they chewed and pooped. (Tighter wrapped packages were spared this indignity.) Super easy and super awesome! Highly recommend!
Well after using storage for about 2 1/3 months, we had used it for as long we needed it. We had swept unit out and returned key/lock to proper pla e. They refused any refund for final 2/3 month I had paid for! Bad business practice !
The couple that have been managing the property have been so nice and helpful. Sorry for her loss. Always clean and well maintained. Have pest control in monthly to make sure there are no problems, watched them sweep the webs around the building. Would recommend to all my friends and family. Keep up the great work!!
