The staff is kind, courteous, and helpful. The facility is clean, secure, and well kept. I moved across country over a year ago and I will never forget how helpful and kind the staff was to me! They are horrible with the new management.. Had my storage over year had no problem paying it... Now the new person won't let you make payments with two methods.. She is very rude.. They lie to you about there methods.. Not to mention I have a outside storage...I have sever water damage and rat booboo every where..I have picture as well..I would give no stars but they won't allow it
