Convenient location. Easy access. Helpful staff. I've been here for years and highly recommend it.
They do not clean in between renters at storage units. Shelley immediately offers to cancel you and move you out rather than discuss a fix for the problem. They don't spray for bugs either. Thick layer of dust on walls and live spiders. All you get is refer to your lease agreement. I've rented from two other storage facilities previously and they were always clean.
