My son rented from this storage facility. They kept charging his card for two months after he had vacated. I also needed to store my trailer close to him and thought I would give them a try. Signing up was easy and I found my contracted space was occupied by a van with flat tires like it had been there for years. They gave me the same spot my son had rented and vacated now 3 months earlier. They started double billing me AND my son for the same spot. Place looks a bit shady, however I didn't have any issues here. Love the clerk. She's awesome!!!!! Billing was always consistent with no surprises.

Just rented a space today. I think I will like it fine. Convenient and close to home.
