I've stored my products at this location for six years. And despite recent upper management policy changes, Blake's (onsite manager) consistent and superior service keeps me there as a tenant. Her diligence, dedication and customer service are outstanding. Thank you, Blake!
Most of the previous reviews are older and are from previous management. This new management company only cares up increasing the prices regularly and lowering the services. We pay for climate control in which the units are freezing. They are dipping well below 40* inside (I think it was in the 20* inside the upstairs today). The owner says he is not fixing the heating element and now climate control only means that they won’t let the units go above 85*. The snow removal has been awful this year.
