These are some of the worst people you can ever do business with! They cannot be trusted and he's just money hungry. They will treat you nice in the beginning but if you're even laid on a payment they will call you on Christmas Eve and scream at you they are very rude very inconsiderate very selfish greedy people and I know this for a fact. These are the type of people you want to avoid at all cost.
Owners and current Representative have become hostile after I have been dealing with a financial situation that got me behind 3 months. I am currently working with an organization to help work out a positive resolution for both sides and they refuse to cooperate. This shows lack of professionalism.
I talked to the office Thursday told them I will be out Friday, showed up with 2 trucks and a trailer Friday to find office closed And a second lock on my unit
I had stored stuff here before & definitely am using this place again! It’s the best around! Just wish they would get a little website to show current availability & prices
