I stored my belongings at Storage Lord Lonsdale and had several problems. The facility is very humid (around 72%), and I had to buy moisture absorber bags from Bunnings. They filled up with water quickly, which made me concerned about long-term damage to my items. The lights inside switch off automatically after about 5 minutes unless you flip an unmarked switch on your way in, which left me in complete darkness more than once. Couldn’t be happier with my experience at Storage Lord. Caroline is super friendly, very helpful, and such a lovely lady. The units are clean & secure. Pricing is the best out there for my needs. The only thing is the online booking system is very finicky and didn't work for me. Had to always call to book an appointment in. Other than that, highly recommend
Wonderful customer service, competitive pricing, new and clean premises, and easy to navigate site. Highly recommend, and will always be my go-to should I require storage in the future
