Luke has been extremely helpful in clearing up some billing issues. His responsiveness was helpful and quick. As soon as I emailed him he was right on it. In this day and age, it is hard to find this type of customer service. Bravo!
I've been a long time customer and was considering moving but I like the location and secure facility. My frustration was that I could never get a hold of anyone. I'm happy to report that the new owners are way more responsive. You can actually get a hold of someone! I'm glad there is a new manager.
Luke was awesome! I needed help updating my payment method and someone, Luke, was actually in the office at my unit to help. I am more than glad to work with Storage Lion now instead of Storsafe!
