Horrible system paid both my bills been sitting here for almost 20 minutes now still cant get it there should be custom temporary code to get in thats only good for 24 hours generated to my email but no. Only trying to get in at 110m at night to put my csr in as it needs a motor swap and there's no 24/7 customer support to call. Im paying 315 bucks to not be let in. Great place to store my toys during the winter. Secure, easy to access when needed, and Luke who manages the location was always helpful and friendly. I will rent space there again.

Been renting for 3 yrs.Storage Loin buys it and all of the sudden my deposit is gone.Used the if u don't have your original contract I cant do anything line.Not to mention the mice problem.I sure didn't bring them with me.
Luke has been extremely helpful in clearing up some billing issues. His responsiveness was helpful and quick. As soon as I emailed him he was right on it. In this day and age, it is hard to find this type of customer service. Bravo!
