just got off the phone with Luke from storage lion… OMG he is the best! I had no idea that Storsafe of slinger was bought out by storage lion and I’ve been trying to pay my bill via the phone automated system for over a month now with no success. So obviously I racked up a few late fees and to my surprise a $50 lien fee! My financial situation has seen better days, however, I explained my situation to Luke and he waved all my fees!
