From renting the unit to managing and vacating, the process was perfectly executed by the staff at Storage Link. They had super fast customer service (especially when I forgot my passcode), and an easy to navigate website. 10 outa 10 would/will use them again!
It was easy to set up online and the access to my storage was simple once I determined how to use the lock.
So far, a really good experience. I have only just started renting in June of 2025 but if my opinion shifts I'll update this review. Renting the unit online was very easy, and the follow up emails with my contract, unit number, and access info came right away. The unit was easy to find, and mre importantly the unit was clean and dry. We had just received a couple good rain events so seeing it dry inside was a big plus. No regrets and wouldn't shy from the hands-off approach so far.
It was easy to rent a storage unit online and sign my lease agreement.
