Storage King Woolloomooloo has been excellent from day one. The facility is always clean, the loading area is easy and convenient and every interaction I’ve had with staff has been genuinely friendly and professional. I especially want to mention Milena and Darcy, who helped me out a few times this weekend. They truly went above and beyond. Milena’s calm awareness and practical advice and was greatly appreciated. I went to Storage King Woolloomooloo to recycle some unfolded boxes. We knocked on the door 5 times until someone came to open the locked door for us. Absolutely no courtesy whatsoever. We asked a question (if we could recycle boxes) and the man working at this location said “Who told you you can do that?” Followed by some annoyed grunt. After we called Storage King’s Alexandria branch, they had no hesitation in recycling our boxes.
Matt really saved me today. I was in the middle of moving out when I suddenly got told I couldn’t move into my new unit, with a flight to catch the next morning. I called Matt right before closing and he still went above and beyond to ensure I can store my furnitures that same day. He even stayed overtime to make sure everything was sorted. Lifesaver. 10/10 for storage king, 11/10 for Matt!!
Easy to find in Palmer St Woolloomooloo. Saturday morning fellow was super helpful and friendly. Very good service.
