If I could give this place one star, I would. I can’t believe how rude and condescending the man working the counter just was to me. I asked him to stop talking to me in a rude way and he begin to raise his voice at me. They have cameras in there so I hope they captured everything. At one point we were arguing back and forth about him yelling at me and talking down to me. I tried calling management but couldn’t get anyone on the phone. This is unacceptable and unprofessional!
The property Manager, Tasha and employee, Mr. Ray made me feel so at home! The process was very easy and I feel comfortable to begin to use this storage facility Tasha was so welcoming and I’ve made a new friend Tasha has the temperament to take this company to new levels Thank you so much Tasha for turning my horrible day into a Smiling Day”
Staff are welcoming and personable. Unfortunately, I smell rat/rodent urine on the second floor of my unit.
This is a wonderful place!! It's just a square unit with a lock but the people in the office make the experience quite a pleasure. They laughed at my jokes so maybe I'm biased. (lol). This is the second time I've gotten a unit from them. Quick easy sign up. Easy access via keypad to my unit. Good job Mr. Ray and company!!
Best facility in Tallahassee Florida if you need a storage unit, easy process, helpful staff, widest traffic lanes, even for freight liners to access. I have utilized storage units in my business for 24 years, this is the best option and prices.
