Started off nice even upsold me one of their bigger units due to an 'offer' and even assured me that I would be fine to extend as I needed this unit all year. And right at the six month mark they decide to terminate my contract with not even a month's notice and when asked for a reason, they tell me they CANNOT GIVE ME A REASON!!! When pushed the reception tells me 'well you haven't even been here right?' and I literally couldn't believe my ears. Who even says that? storage is STORAGE.
